Consider requesting a well-equipped bungalow if you have mobility challenges. it's a great alternative to the split-level apartments.

The duplex apartment was surprisingly spacious, including two toilets, and allowed us to overlook the pool area, providing a wonderful view.

The appartment had a challenging layout with lots of steps, and the underground positioning resulted in a lack of natural light.

Elvis the lifeguard was incredibly helpful with kids.

Our one-bedroom apartment was super spacious and clean. Waking up each morning to a beautiful pool view made every moment feel like a vacation. Plus, the heated pool ensured we were swimming comfortably anytime we wanted!

All fine, but kids excluded

The one-bedroom apartment featured a spacious layout, making it comfortable for family stays. The pool area, although small, was well-kept and perfect for a relaxing dip, with a heated pool ensuring enjoyment year-round.

The WiFi struggled quite a bit, which was irritating when trying to connect. Finding a sun lounger during peak times was a challenge, with many folks claiming spots early on. The cleaning schedule felt inconsistent, with only a couple of cleanings during our week-long stay. Some furnishings in the apartment appeared outdated and could use an upgrade to match the resort’s standards.

The tiny studio was not ideal, with a very small window and little natural light. Despite its cleanliness upon arrival, the lack of mid-stay housekeeping left the facilities feeling neglected, as there was no replenishment of essentials. The surrounding area had pleasant eateries and bars, making for easy access to local dining options, but it’s about a 20-minute walk to the beach. A highlight was definitely the excellent Sicilian pastry available!

The location was amazing, just a short walk to restaurants and bars. clean environment with well-maintained flower beds around the complex. My apartment had a spacious balcony, perfect for soaking up the sun. attentive staff made me feel right at home.

The pool area was a highlight of my stay, perfectly heated and always attended by a lifeguard. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. I particularly appreciated the lovely flower beds and well-maintained paths that made walking around the complex pleasant. Plus, being able to leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out provided invaluable convenience before our flight later in the day.

The WiFi was a bit of a no-show, which made staying connected a pain. If you value pool time, good luck snagging a lounger—enough towels were laid out to keep folks away from the sun unless you’re an early riser. The limited kitchen utensils needed an upgrade, and the views from some rooms were less than inspiring. On top of that, some apartments could do with a makeover. a few looked tired and overdue for refurbishing.

i absolutely loved my stay at claveles! the studio was super clean and comfortable. i appreciated the friendly and professional staff who always made me feel safe. the pool area was fantastic with loads of comfy sun loungers, perfect for relaxing. plus, it’s in a quieter area yet close to shops and dining.
